Oritsefemi’s previous manager, Ijoba Danku, has refuted several of the singer’s recent assertions. In an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo, Oritsefemi said that he sold D’banj a Prado Jeep and took in Burna Boy after a family feud.

In addition, he charged Danku with betrayal and fraud. During his appearance on the podcast Doyin’s Corner, Danku called Oritsefemi’s claims “lies.”

“Oritsefemi didn’t give D’banj any Prado. I oppose lying. For instance, Burna Boy remarked that he never slept in Oritsefemi’s home.

“Did he hold family meetings with them, and how would he say he supported Burna Boy during his falling out with his mother?” Oritsefemi has not answered the rebuttals. The musician had already claimed that his ex-wife, Nabila Fash, had miscarried 21 times while they were married.

But Fash called the accusations “concocted lies intended to damage my character and bring me to public ridicule” and threatened to sue Oritsefemi over them. In 2017, Oritsefemi and Fash were married. A crisis arose in their marriage in 2021 as a result of adultery accusations.

Fash and Oritsefemi filed for divorce in 2022. Danku disclosed in 2017 that he brought Oritsefemi to Fash. Together, they had worked on a number of projects, such as “Double Wahala,” Oritsefemi’s breakthrough hit.
